Development of a Computational Model of Lattice Structure

This paper deals with the description of mechanical properties plastic lattice structure. These structures are nowadays used in additive manufacturing. The final goal was to found a mathematical formula, which allowed FEM simulation described as structure were solid material. formula stablishes relationship between original material Young Modulus and weight ratio cell. Validation performed by test. basis study real testing measurement, analysis using finite element method Gibson-Ashby model some enhancements get results within 95% reliability.
